Derek Fort

Educated at Colne Grammar School and Graduated with a Law degree from Kings College London. Derek trained with a Central London firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 1980. After three further years experience working in London he joined Smith and Smith in 1983 and became a Partner in the firm in 1985.

He is head of our Commercial Property and Business Team and deals primarily with commercial property, leases and Company and Commercial matters.
